MEAGAN BROWN: FITNESS PROFESSIONAL

Throughout life a lot of things change and shift. You move from place to place, you have different jobs, youR friends come and go, Your living situation fluctuates, and you travel. For me, the one thing that has remained constant, has been my inherent need to sweat it out and my unwavering passion for fitness.

ABOUT ME:

Growing up as a competitive swimmer, early mornings and long hours of training were engrained in my routine from an early age. dedicated work ethic has taught me that hard work equals results. through my own hard work i qualified and competed in Canadian Olympic Trials and swam at UC Santa Barbara. After my swimming career ended, I started my career at Lululemon, took up running half marathons and discovered boutique fitness studios. I’ve been working in the corporate world for four years now and I have continued to attend pilates, yoga, high intensity interval training classes, spin and run clubs.

Throughout my life I continue to push my body and test my limits. I have recently completed my first Ironman 70.3 and i’m hooked! I honestly believe there is a fitness program for everyone, you just need to find the means and motivation to discover what your ideal routine is. What motivates you? what do you like to do? how do you stay dedicated?

I’m here to curate a fitness program you’ll love, one that will motivate you to push physical boundaries and help you enjoy the journey to your healthiest and fittest self!

Work It Out

Let’s get started. You want to work out, but you’re not sure what to do. Your relationship with fitness is fairly new or uncertain. In this package you’ll discover new ways to work out, we’ll delve into your likes and dislikes, strengths and weakness, and work together to curate the best fitness program for you and your goals.

What’s Included:

  • Initial assessment & Discussion

  • 1-3 personal training sessions per week ($50/hour)

  • 2 custom designed workouts per week - Running log of all workouts for you to keep (Optional - $50/week)


Rise & Grind

You work out and you have a regime, you’re looking to get to the next level but aren’t sure how to increase your current regime to get you there. We’ll work together to gain strength, get mean and lean, or jack up that weight loss. Whatever is inhibiting you from achieving your next goal, we’ll beat it.

What’s Included:

  • Initial assessment & Discussion

  • 2-4 personal training sessions per week ($50/hour)

  • 2 custom designed work outs per week (optional - $50/week)

  • Nutritionist referral

  • Ability to do a combo Program with friend(s) and/or family

The Hustle

Your fit, you have a program, and your training for an event. You’re an athlete who needs some extra guidance and tune ups in certain areas. You want to increase power, performance or pace. We can work together to gain that edge and make sure your competitors won’t know what hit them.

What’s Included:

  • Initial assessment & Discussion

  • 3+ personal training sessions per week ($50/hour)

  • Any additional custom designed work outs needeD (Optional - $50/week)

  • Nutritionist referral

  • Ability to do a combo Program with friend(s) and/or family
